These were rest days but I ran again in P.E. Today on day 15 before doing Chest and Back, I am binging like crazy and I need to stop but the cravings are killing me! Help!

P90X Day 13 - Workout
Today is the day I broke my record from when I did P90X Lean for 13 days. YES!
Kenpo X: Very intense! Sweated like hell and I did THIS IN MY ROOM! Which if you've seen any of my videos there is NO ROOM. Hahaha, more of the same, nothing new! 17 more days till you guys get some pics! Woooo. :P

P90X Day 12 - Workout
Legs and Back: This workout is really hard because I somehow hurt my back, the leg exercises are very difficult as well. You have to have really good balance.
Ab Ripper X: I rushed this whole workout because a friend was supposed to come over but no showed. Damn.
Day 13 tomorrow! I can't wait to arrive at Bothell High School, I'm gonna look really good
P90X Day 11 - Workout
Yoga X: Ripped my ass! Crazy intense today. I still am having trouble with Warrior Three gosh darn it, but I tried using background music of my own and it made it worse. So no music next time but sweat drips crazy.

P90X Day 8 & 9 - Workout
My computer got hacked, I apologize for the delay! I haven't quit yet! :D
Chest and Back:
I killed it on this one! I gave it everything and I think I got great results. Push and pull like nobody's business.
Ab Ripper X:
I pushed so hard on C&B that my results with Ab Ripper really just... kind of went downhill. But it got done, and hopefully in the end it counted.
Diet for Day 8: I overate at about 3,000 calories which is almost a pound and I am never doing that again. Promise.
Plyometrics:
I was finding EVERY excuse not to workout. And I mean literally, there was .001% chance I was going to do it, but I DID. And I pushed harder than ever, it was NOT fun but in the end i was SOAKED in sweat.
Diet: I fixed my diet perfectiously (word?) and I feel like a million bucks now!!! Woooo!

P90X Day 7 - Rest
Yesterday was my rest day. But unfortunately I didn't rest one bit. I had to do the mile run in P.E. and I got 6:40 which is pretty good. I was also walking around a lot after school and then I hung out with my best friend Steven and jammed a bit.
Today is Day 8 and I will post up the results after I workout! WOO! Week 2! :D
