P90X Day 2 - Workout

Plyometrics: Wow. This kicked my ass hardcore. I wasn't able to do the bonus round at the end but that workout is the hardest one of all P90X workouts. Not once was my feet stabilized on the ground, I was constantly jumping and it was incredibly difficult. But in the end, I feel like a champion and I'm soaked.

Diet: I have all my menus figured out and calculated and I'm putting those in play tomorrow. My outline is breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and then evening snack. Apparently a teenage boy after working out burns calories way faster because my metabolism is sped up. SO, I have to eat about 2,300 calories a day. No more need to worry about diet!

Day 3 tomorrow, shoulders and arms with Ab Ripper X.. again. Feeling good. :)
