P90X Day 5 - Workout

Legs and Back: A lot of these moves required incredible balance, especially after doing a bunch of pull ups. Lots of lunges, a very stressful workout indeed.

Ab Ripper X: I really pushed myself this time and I got much better results but Ab Ripper will never, ever, ever get easy. It's a world class core and abs workout for sure.

Day 6 tomorrowwwwwwwwww! Kenpo!
