P90X Day 1 - Workout

Day 1 - April 10th, 2010

Chest & Back: It was pretty tough as it usually is, but I found that (especially on the push-ups) that I quit way too soon sometimes so I really pumped out more reps. The pull-ups were hard, I had to use a chair on all of them and my reps ranged from 8-10 so I was pretty proud.

Ab Ripper X: This workout will probably never be easy, but it will get easier I'm sure of. I max out at 10-15 reps for each exercise. It's like getting shot in the ass.

Diet: My Mom and I are formulating the diet menus so I can start that Monday but I used a pretty basic diet menu today and ate a total of about 2,350 calories. Although, my body needs about 2,650 calories.

Onto Day 2! Plyometrics comin' up!
